Manual Setup
Use the Goal Setup screen to set up goals for a particular restaurant for a selected week.
The Goal Setup screen displays a grid that lists the goal values for a particular restaurant for a selected week. It also displays the Set A Goal panel and a panel that shows the next 10 scheduled goals. [Show image.][Hide image.]
Below the grid are options that you use to select the historical data that you want to use and the type of goal (quantity or sales) that you want to set. In addition, you can use the Goal and Stretch sliders to specify a percentage change for the goal and stretch values.
Estimated sales values related to goal and stretch values appear next to the sliders. These estimates are calculated using the average unit prices over the last four weeks.
The estimated sales values are intended for illustrative purposes only; they do not indicate guaranteed sales values.
At the bottom of the screen is a slider that specifies how many weeks you want the goal to run.
